Mr. Brenner has practiced in San Diego County, Kern County, and is now practicing in Sacramento and Placer Counties.

Mr. Brenner has successfully litigated cases in arbitration and trial since 1992.  He has conducted discovery, depositions, and settlements in many  cases. When expert witnesses are required his expertise has sought out the best expert witnesses available.

Mr. Brenner attended the University of Arizona on a General Resident Scholarship. He attended San Diego City College through IBEW 569 and attained a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship  Certification from the State of California as a Journeyman Wireman. He was a foreman on large electrical construction jobs in San Diego County. Mr. Brenner served as a  Construction Project Manager for West Coast Construction and Pharaoh Construction completing over 30 million dollars worth of projects for the military. 

Mr. Brenner attended National University School of Law on a Judge Micheal Brennan LSAT Scholarship and taught first year law students. He received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts, Award for the "Participation in the SHAPE Program" and Certificate of Recognition for "The Student Honors Advisory Board for Excellence."  He passed the California Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in 1992.
